INTRODUCTION: With the expansion and advancement of the internet, new ways of doing business online have emerged, widening the types of investment and profitability models. 2021 would be the year of the entrepreneur; in order to get out of the recession, a greater group of people began to set up their own businesses, growing the flow of capital online. What exactly is an online business? The online business can be described as a company or business that is run by a specific individual or group of people, typically entrepreneurs, whose main goal is to capture various types of financial resources in order to improve their living conditions and capital. I'm not talking about just having an online presence because having a website or a social media profile does not transform a physical company into a digital one. I'm referring to a company that primarily operates on the internet, not just as a source of advertisement but also as a sales and/or product distribution platform. A virtual store selling physical items such as clothes and shoes can be considered an online company. The product and distribution are physical in this situation, but the disclosure, order, and payment are all made electronically. Other unfavorable weather conditions also have their ways of affecting people negatively but knowing how to minimize its effect will be a great deal.
