CarmelFest parade to be live streamed by CBS 4

For the first time in its 30-year history, the CarmelFest parade will be streamed live. CBS4 will stream live coverage of the parade on its Indy Facebook page from the newly-relocated parade review stand on east Carmel Drive at Flanner and Buchanan. The live stream will begin at 10:30 a.m. July 4.
