There are plenty of reasons to be thankful for our literary community

I'm thankful for all of the opportunities for writers, of all kinds, in our area. Yes, I serve as director of the Antioch Writers' Workshop at University of Dayton, so I'm thankful for that creative writing education program, but I'm thankful as well for all of the other opportunities to learn more about the writing craft
